Exertion

Take it in
hide
This it it
sigh
There they are
right?
No
Who are they?
Fly!
Sigh!
There they are
Portray?
Say?
You.

Legacy

Taken in by the their hopeless riot
Flooding my inner desert dale
Limelight of what, I know not
Gathering inside, gathering behind

Shaken, overwhelmed, but no
My heart is my own, it knows
The direction of my flow
Daring to lie in your face

Spiraling, Spiraling, Spiraling

Flawed Awakening

In shallow grooves, swirling around me
They are the bittersweet towers
Made of bones, clouds, won't flee
They lock me in daze, no powers

They are the redundant, the cyclic

Unending and unresolving stasis
The adynamic breath upon breath
Of lives, dreams, hopes and faces
Torn aside by a so flaunting death

Never letting the knot grow loose
Forever shadowing their own truth.

Rose

Those little black lilies
And the golden daisies
Wrapped in a warm embrace
Those tiny magnolias
They smiled upon the weeping poppies
And lifted up one lone zinnia
She looked for her rose
But there are no roses.

Wasp

Fighting off the pain
Turning away in shame
Awakening inside of you
I know who to blame

Trust knows no anger
Lust knows no end

I am the inexorably radiant drone
But at least mine is made of stone

Pushing out of flight
Avoiding another plight

Enter, Exit, Escape

Make me see, find a way
Gathering of infections
All your collections

Sense.
