Lemon Tree
A paler shade of hues crossed my eyes
Leaving its candid aroma across the skyes
Reflected upon the ocean, their wandering notion
Of endless choices, all within grasp, left only to mould,
Their inner truth burning deep inside, foretold
Sun up and high, its beams filtered through
The forests, intertwinig, in their green delight,
With the riveting reddish sun-cryed light
Its binding agreement, sealed tight,
And, as a cromatic legacy,
Their union's child born.
Leaving its candid aroma across the skyes
Reflected upon the ocean, their wandering notion
Of endless choices, all within grasp, left only to mould,
Their inner truth burning deep inside, foretold
Sun up and high, its beams filtered through
The forests, intertwinig, in their green delight,
With the riveting reddish sun-cryed light
Its binding agreement, sealed tight,
And, as a cromatic legacy,
Their union's child born.
